Use of the jeta78 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. jeta78 operates a strict minimum-age policy of 21+ in accordance with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market.
2. You are accessing jeta78 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.

Where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, jeta78 will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access real-money gaming and sports betting features on jeta78, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update such information promptly if it changes.

1. Single Account Policy. Each User may hold only one active jeta78 account. Multiple registrations by the same individual — regardless of email address, mobile number, or payment method used — are strictly prohibited. jeta78 will close all duplicate accounts and may void associated winnings without notice.
2. Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials. 5. Voluntary Closure. Users who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may contact jeta78 support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any available balance will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method following completion of any applicable verification checks.

All financial transactions on jeta78 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeta78 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of jeta78.

1. Accepted Methods. jeta78 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list of active payment methods is displayed within your jeta78 account dashboard.
2. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account.
3. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals require a fully verified account. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and confirmation of ownership of the nominated withdrawal method. jeta78 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
5. Processing Times. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited within sixty (60) seconds under normal network conditions. Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during operational hours. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take two (2) to five (5) business days subject to card network processing.
6. Own-Account Rule. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from or sent to third-party accounts will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
7. Pending Bonus Restrictions. Where a deposit bonus is active on your account, withdrawal of the deposit amount may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements have been met, as described in Section 7 of these Terms.

3. Technical Malfunctions. 4. Sports Betting. Sports betting on jeta78 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, football, and other markets. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User.
5. Bet Settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). jeta78 will not re-settle bets on the basis of unofficial or disputed results unless the governing body issues a formal correction.
6. Maximum Win Limits. jeta78 applies maximum win limits on a per-game and per-session basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeta78 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to interact with the jeta78 platform in a manner not intended for human users;
4. Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other users to gain an unfair advantage;
5. Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or mathematical errors in a manner that results in financial gain not intended by jeta78;
6. Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law;
7. Accessing the jeta78 platform using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxies for the purpose of circumventing geographic or identity-based restrictions;
8. Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transaction claims in bad faith while retaining jeta78 winnings or bonuses;

jeta78 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

1. Eligibility. Bonuses are available to registered, verified jeta78 accounts in good standing unless otherwise stated. A User who has been flagged for bonus abuse, involved in a fraud investigation, or placed under a self-exclusion arrangement is not eligible to receive bonuses.
2. Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. 4. Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim period, and wagering requirements that are not met within the stated completion window, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without further notice.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, maximum withdrawal of winnings generated from a bonus is capped at five (5) times the value of the original bonus amount.
6. Abuse Policy. jeta78 monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation. Where such patterns are detected, jeta78 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to restrict future bonus eligibility.

3. Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate or outdated odds, market data, or game information displayed on the platform;
4. Any loss or damage arising from events beyond jeta78's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, network outages, or government actions.

jeta78's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their jeta78 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeta78 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jeta78, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jeta78 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and applies strict internal data access controls to protect User information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and jeta78 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the jeta78 platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jeta78 support at [email protected]. jeta78 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial dispute notification, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute process outlined in the jeta78 complaint procedure, details of which are available from the support team.
